Philip Martin spent over 13 years in the home care software industry providing cloud-based solutions and helping users move time-consuming, manual tasks into streamlined digital workflows.
After spending years working for a PLC and developing his craft for software development, he saw first-hand the gaps in existing platforms. Agencies deserved more than fragmented tools stitched together with workarounds.
That insight led him to create homecareOS, a full holistic operating system for home care agencies. One platform that brings scheduling, care plans, compliance, communication, and growth tools under a single roof.
Alongside the software, Philip works with agency owners directly. His MBA at Wrexham University culminated in a dissertation on building a sustainable future for home care, findings he now brings to agencies as an independent business advisor, from margins and pricing to workforce and long-term planning.
