We would rather you checked than took our word
Every home care software website carries a wall of five star quotes. Ours could too. Writing them takes an afternoon and nobody ever checks.
We are not going to. Under the CAP Code a testimonial has to be genuine, and the advertiser has to hold the evidence and the permission on file. PsycheMeta Ltd was incorporated in 2026 and homecareOS is early. We do not yet hold a file of signed quotes from agencies who have run a full year on the platform, so there is nothing here to print.
When there is, it will look like this. A full name. The agency's name. Their permission, in writing. And if you are seriously evaluating us, an introduction so you can ask them the awkward questions without us in the room.
Until then, here is what you can verify about us today without needing a reference at all.
Six things you can confirm before you speak to anyone
None of these need a phone call, a form, or a sales conversation.
The price is published
Free for your first 5 carers, then £10 per carer per month for every carer. Your office team, coordinators, managers and owners, is unmetered. There is no module you discover later, and no figure that only appears after a discovery call.
You can use it before you talk to us
The free plan is the real platform, not a cut down demo, and it comes with a 30 minute remote overview to get your carers, service users and first week of rota in. After that, support by email and chat. You are not paying, and you are still answered.
Your data can leave again
Moving your live data in is free and we run it. Every import can be undone. Pay runs, invoices and reports all export to files you own. Lock in is a commercial strategy, not a technical necessity, and we have not adopted it.
We say which integrations are not built
Most vendors list a logo wall and let you assume. Our integrations page marks every connector as live or coming, by name, including the ones that are not ready. It is a shorter list than we would like, and it is accurate.
The company is a matter of public record
homecareOS is built by PsycheMeta Ltd, company number 16586115, registered at F23, 18 Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1DN. Look it up. There is a named founder, a phone number that reaches a person, and an address that is not a virtual office.
Security is written down
Where your data sits, who can reach it, how tenants are separated at the database rather than in the application, and what we do when something goes wrong. Your DPO or your commissioner can read it before you commit to anything.
What you get for being early
Being an early agency has a real cost. You are running on software that has not been through a thousand agencies' edge cases yet. Here is the other side of it.
You talk to the person building it
Not a ticket queue, not a first line script. Support is UK office hours, Monday to Friday, and the person on the other end has the code open. When you find something wrong, you find out what happened to it.
What you need gets built
A platform this young still has its shape decided by whoever turns up. The things early agencies ask for go into the roadmap ahead of the things nobody has asked for. That stops being true once there are hundreds of you.
Your live data moves across free
Everything currently active, your service users, carers, visit patterns, care plans and rates, comes over at no charge and we do the work. Historic records for people who have left are quoted separately, once we have seen what your current provider will actually release.
Training is in the licence
Pro includes live remote training for your office team and your carers, and it is available again when you take on new coordinators. Not a video library and good luck. Onsite training is quoted before anything is booked.
