12 Core Modules. One Powerful Platform.
Every module works together seamlessly, no integrations to manage, no data silos, no re-keying between systems.
Scheduling & Rota
Visual drag-and-drop rota with real-time availability, run templates, and colour-coded visit blocks that give you instant oversight of every carer and every visit.
Route Planning & Mapping
Plan carer runs geographically with the Visit Flow Map. See travel time between visits, build run templates as geographic rounds and verify every call with GPS check-in and check-out.
AI Rota Builder
Let artificial intelligence build your rota in seconds. Considers distance, continuity, qualifications, carer preferences and contract hours to create the optimal schedule. Ava, the built-in AI assistant, can help you find cover and answer questions across the platform.

Home Care, Not Care Homes
homecareOS is built exclusively for UK domiciliary agencies. Here's what that means in practice.
Does homecareOS work for residential care homes or nursing homes?
No. homecareOS is built exclusively for domiciliary home care, UK agencies whose carers travel to service users in their own homes. For residential care homes or nursing homes, we'd recommend Person Centred Software or Nourish, both of which specialise in residential settings.
What's the difference between "home care" and "care homes"?
Home care (also called domiciliary care) is when carers visit service users in their own homes for short visits, typically 30 minutes to an hour at a time. A care home is a residential facility where people live full-time and receive 24-hour support. They're regulated under different frameworks and need different software. homecareOS is for the former.
Which CQC framework does homecareOS support?
homecareOS aligns with CQC's "Domiciliary care agency" regulated activity (and the equivalent frameworks at CIW in Wales, Care Inspectorate in Scotland, and RQIA in Northern Ireland). PIR auto-population, KLOEs and inspection prep are all targeted at domiciliary settings.
Why One Platform Changes Everything
Most agencies cobble together 5-8 different tools. homecareOS replaces them all, and the data flows everywhere it needs to, automatically.
Zero Data Silos
When a carer completes a visit, scheduling, billing, compliance, and family notifications all update instantly. No re-keying. No copy-paste.
One Simple Licence
One transparent licence: free for your first 5 carers, then £10 (Pro) per carer per month, with your whole office team unmetered. Every core module is included, no module fees, no "contact sales" for essentials. A free starter tier covers agencies with up to 5 carers.
Built for UK Care
Not a generic SaaS adapted for care. Built from day one for CQC, CIW, Care Inspectorate and RQIA, with UK payroll rules, council billing, and nation-specific compliance.
