Steps
Open Settings, then Team & access
The views are Team, Security and Audit log. Audit log shows only for roles allowed to see it.
Check the team
Each person is listed with their email, role, job title, status and last sign-in, with a count for each role.
Invite someone
Choose Invite someone. It opens the current team page: choose Invite Team Member. Enter their email, name, role and job title. They get an email to set up their login.
Change a role or remove access
Choose Change role beside the person. It opens the current team page, where you can change their role, deactivate them or reactivate them. Resend Invite sends an invite again.
Set two-step sign-in
On Security, Two-step sign-in for owners shows whether owners must use it. Your account shows whether your own two-step sign-in is set up, with a link to set it up.
Search the audit log
On Audit log, search by name, what changed, the reason or a record id, then choose Search. Each change shows when, what, the action, the record and the reason.

- If someone invited you to another branch, Team & access lists it under Invitations to you. Accept or decline it on the current team page.
