Carer: download the app and sign in

Your agency sends you an invite by email. You need it before you can sign in.

Live Every agency has this today.

Before you start

  • Check your email for the invite from your agency. If it has not arrived, ask the office to check your email address.

Steps

  1. Activate your account

    Open the invite email and tap the link. Choose a password of at least 8 characters and type it again to confirm.

  2. Download the app

    Get the HomecareOS Carer app from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Sign in

    Open the app, enter your email address and password, and tap Sign In.

  4. See your visits

    Your visits are listed in order. Tap a visit to see the address, how to get in, and the tasks.
