Carer: my visits are not showing, or I cannot sign in

Most missing visits come down to the day you are looking at, signal, or the visit not being booked to you yet. Work through these in order.

Live Every agency has this today.

Steps

  1. Check the day

Choose Today, Tomorrow or Future visits at the top of your visits list.

  2. Pull down to refresh

Pull the list down and let go. The app fetches your visits again.

  3. Check your signal

With no signal, the list says No signal: showing what's saved on this phone with when it was last updated. Future visits are not saved on your phone, so you need signal to see them.

  4. Check for a message from the office

If the office has taken a visit off your round, the app tells you at the top of the list.

  5. Check you signed in with the right email

Sign in with the email address your agency invited. If you have more than one email address, ask the office which one is on your record.

  6. Forgotten your password?

On the sign-in screen, type your email address, then tap Forgot password?. Open the email on this phone and tap the link to set a new password.

  7. Still missing? Ask the office

The office can check that you are booked on the visit, and whether it has reached your phone.

Good to know

  • Never activated your account? Open the invite email from your agency and tap the link first. If it has not arrived, ask the office to check your email address and send it again.
  • For the office: the Visits list shows On phone or Not on phone yet for each booked carer before the visit. A carer with an Invite button beside them on People > Carers has no app login yet.
  • For the office: a visit with nobody booked is on Needs cover, not on any carer's phone. See Cover a sick carer.
